Services

I provide live illustration services for weddings, private parties, brand activations, and other events, as well as custom illustration projects, murals, and canvas work. Service details, pricing, and availability are provided upon inquiry and confirmed in a written agreement or invoice prior to booking.

Bookings and Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure your event date, as outlined in your booking agreement or invoice.

  • Full payment is due according to the terms specified at booking.

  • Cancellations, rescheduling, and refund terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

  • Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed in writing before your booking is finalized.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, and content created by Kelsey Linnartz Illustration remain the intellectual property of Kelsey Linnartz unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive the physical or digital artwork created for their event, but reproduction, resale, or commercial use of the artwork without permission is not allowed.

I reserve the right to photograph and share artwork created at events, including guest illustrations, for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes, unless a client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, location) and ensuring a suitable working space is available for live illustration services at the event.

Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from circumstances outside my control (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen emergencies). Every effort will be made to communicate promptly and find solutions in such cases.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission, or engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Instagram or TikTok). I am not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.
